Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the use of our web development services. By hiring our services, you accept these conditions in their entirety.

1. Purpose

La Oveja Web provides web development, design, programming and maintenance services for websites and applications. These terms regulate the contractual relationship between the client and our company.

2. Quotes and Contracting

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.
• The project will begin once the quote is accepted and the corresponding advance payment is made.
• Any changes to the initial scope may result in adjustments to the budget and timelines.
• Prices do not include VAT unless otherwise specified.

3. Payments

• Web projects: 50% advance at start, remaining 50% upon delivery.
• Monthly maintenance: Payment in advance for the corresponding month.
• Bank transfers and other agreed payment methods are accepted.
• Payment delays may result in suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the client acquires usage rights to the developed code and design.
• Rights to third-party libraries, frameworks and tools used are retained.
• We reserve the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless confidentiality agreement is in place.

5. Delivery Timelines

Indicated timelines are estimates based on project scope. Factors such as delays in content delivery by the client or scope changes may affect these timelines. We are committed to communicating any variations proactively.

6. Revisions and Changes

• Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included in the base budget.
• Additional revisions or significant scope changes will be billed separately.
• Changes must be requested in writing (email or WhatsApp).

7. Warranty and Maintenance

• A 30-day warranty is offered after delivery for bug fixes.
• The warranty covers functional errors, not design or functionality changes.
• Monthly maintenance includes security updates, backups and technical support.

8. Cancellation

The client may cancel the project at any time. In case of cancellation:

• Before starting: Full refund of the advance.
• During development: Billing for work completed to date.
• After delivery: Cancellation does not apply, warranty terms apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for data loss, revenue or profit losses resulting from the use or inability to use the developed website, except in case of proven gross negligence.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may apply.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be published on this page and will be effective from their publication.
